Edward “Ward” Fitzgerald Ward Fitzgerald is the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Managing Principal of EQT Exeter, a global leader in real estate investment management with over 50 offices around the world.
Prior to Exeter, Ward was part of the senior management team at Rouse/Liberty Property Trust, a publicly traded office and industrial REIT, which he helped take public in 1994.
In addition to his business endeavors, Ward and his wife Kathy are committed to community philanthropy focused on Catholic education, homelessness, and medical research. Ward sits on the Board of Trustees for The Papal Foundation, The National Centre for Padre Pio, and Catholic Leadership Institute. He also sits on the Business Advisory Council and is the chairman of the Institute of Real Estate at the University of Notre Dame. He serves on the Advisory Council at Jefferson University Hospital Neurology Institute and its Raphael Center for Neurorestoration, and supports Project Home and its Inn of Amazing Mercy.
Ward holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (’89) and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame (’85).

Tim Irvine Tim Irvine is a well respected business leader who is an active supporter and advocate for Catholic causes and businesses in the greater Philadelphia marketplace.
Tim has worked in the financial services industry for over thirty years and is a Senior Partner at the Creative Financial Group, headquartered in Newtown Square, PA.
At Creative, Tim leads a team of advisors who provide asset management and financial planning services to a select group of individuals and families.
Tim is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Prep in Philadelphia and the University of Delaware. He and his wife, Vicki, have been married for 27 years and have seven children. They reside in West Chester, PA.

Eustace W. Mita Eustace Mita is Chairman and CEO of ICONA Resorts, which owns and manages hotels in Avalon, Diamond Beach, Spring Lake and Cape May, New Jersey. In addition, Eustace is Chairman of Mita Management, a closely held company with interests in the automotive and real estate industries. Eustace is also CEO of Achristavest, LLC a developer of waterfront properties in New Jersey, Nantucket, Maryland, Utah and Pennsylvania.
As in business, Eustace is passionate about his Catholic faith. Eustace serves on the Board of the Papal Foundation and as President, President of the National Center for Padre Pio, Treasurer of Direction For Our Times, Ireland, Chairman of Man Up Ministries, Board Member of Paradisus Dei – that man is you, Chairman of Our Lady of Kibeho Foundation, Founding Board Member of Lumen Institute, Founding Chairman of Man Up New Jersey and Man Up New York, Founder of the Chester Gospel Reflection Group, Chair of Development for World Meeting of Families – 2015, and past Trustee of Neumann University. Along with his wife, Sue, Eustace has raised funds for and built orphanages in Kenya and Ethiopia for Mrgr. George Grima’s Malta Missions in Africa They are the parents of five children and seventeen grandchildren.
